SEO MANAGER (PART-TIME)

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to rejoin our team on a part-time basis. This role is vital for advancing our SEO channel, which is a key priority in the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing our organic search performance while collaborating closely with IT and marketing teams to ensure efficient execution of SEO initiatives. The role will have dependencies on financial budgets and IT support, impacting the scope and speed of SEO improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO Strategy Implementation:

  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

Website Optimization:

  • Work closely with the IT team to implement technical SEO improvements, including site speed, crawlability, and mobile usability.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all web properties.

Content Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create optimized, high-quality content that aligns with keyword strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for content updates and new pages to capture search traffic.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Report on key KPIs, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Link Building and Outreach:

  • Manage and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Build relationships with partners, publishers, and industry influencers to acquire high-quality backlinks.

Collaboration with IT and Budget Management:

  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure timely implementation of SEO-related technical tasks.
  • Advocate for adequate financial and resource allocation to achieve SEO goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in proven track record in managing and growing SEO channels.
  • Previous experience with the company is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics (GA4 experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT and marketing teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on ROI and business impact.
  • Understanding of budget dependencies and resource constraints.
