REPUTATION MANAGER
We are seeking a Reputation Manager to take ownership of managing and enhancing our online presence. This role will focus on supporting online reviews, moderating discussions on social platforms, and collaborating with support and marketing teams to address customer feedback. The position will work closely with the current team, enabling a shift in focus toward influencer relations, online PR, and AI-driven content strategies, ensuring the business continues to grow and maintain its positive reputation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Online Reviews Management:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, and app stores.
- Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and address negative feedback constructively.
Case Resolution:
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve cases that have surfaced on social media or review platforms.
- Ensure timely responses to customer concerns to maintain a positive brand image.
Social Media Moderation:
- Monitor and moderate discussions on company social profiles to foster a positive and engaging community.
- Address negative comments or misinformation while encouraging constructive dialogue.
Social Media Growth Support:
- Assist in the development and management of social profiles, including LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Work with the content team to create engaging posts and campaigns that align with company goals.
Native Reviews Management:
- Manage and respond to user feedback provided directly through the app or website.
- Analyze trends in native reviews and provide insights to improve user experience.
Collaboration with Content & Marketing:
- Support content creation initiatives and assist with text and copywriting as needed.
- Partner with the reputation and influencer team to drive impactful campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in reputation management, social media moderation, or related fields.
- Familiarity with review platforms, online communities, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive cases and maintain professionalism in public-facing interactions.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across departments.
