PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to build, strengthen, and maintain strategic relationships with our partners. This role focuses on maximizing partnership performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
Conduct regular check-ins to ensure partner satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with partners to optimize their performance through strategic recommendations.
Contract Management:
Negotiate and finalize contracts with new and existing partners, ensuring mutual benefits.
Track and manage contractual obligations and compliance.
Strategic Growth:
Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company’s reach and market presence.
Develop tailored proposals and campaigns to attract high-value partnerships.
Collaboration Across Teams:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align partner activities with company objectives.
Share insights on market trends and partner needs to inform internal strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare detailed performance reports and present key findings to senior management.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
