GRAPHIC AND WEB DESIGNER

We are looking for a talented Graphic and Web Designer to join our team and support the development of creative, design-heavy initiatives. As our company grows and expands into new marketing channels (influencers, rebranding, etc.), this role will ensure we have the creative assets and design capacity to execute new ideas and test innovative approaches efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns, email newsletters, social media, and advertising. Develop branding materials aligned with company guidelines, including logos, presentations, and packaging.

Web Design:

Design and maintain website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces with a focus on user experience (UX). Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of web designs.

Creative Support for Marketing Initiatives:

Design content for influencer campaigns and rebranding efforts.
Create engaging advertising creatives (static, video, or animated) for various platforms.
Experiment with AI-driven tools for content creation and design innovation.

Testing and Iteration:

Support the marketing team by designing creatives for A/B testing.
Iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights.

Collaborative Projects:

Work closely with the marketing, email, and content teams to ensure all design needs are met efficiently.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new initiatives, providing a designer’s perspective.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in graphic and web design (portfolio required).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
Experience with web design tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools for creative projects is an advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
