EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER

We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to take over the operational tasks of email campaigns, enabling the current team to focus on strategic initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of email campaigns while optimizing design, segmentation, and tracking to enhance performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Campaign Execution:

Create, design, and code email campaigns to meet marketing goals.

Set up and schedule email campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Audience Segmentation:

Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics.

Implement and manage dynamic content for personalized communication.

• Design and Optimization:

Design visually appealing and brand-aligned email templates.

Test and optimize email layouts for responsiveness across devices.

• Tracking and Reporting:

Set up tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).

Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

• Tool Management:

Ensure proper functionality of email marketing tools and platforms.

Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

• Support for Strategic Projects:

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.

Assist with testing and implementing new email marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design and coding.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and personalization.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report campaign performance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
