DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help manage and optimize our diverse marketing channels. This role is essential for ensuring the effective performance of existing tools while exploring new opportunities to grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation and bring fresh perspectives to our marketing efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit and Optimization

Conduct regular audits of PPC accounts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.

Tracking and Analytics

Implement and maintain advanced tracking solutions.
Ensure data accuracy in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and provide insights.

Channel Management

Manage Criteo campaigns and other proprietary channels.
Maintain and optimize marketing tools like Funnel.io and Cookiebot.

Marketing Tools and Data Quality

Ensure seamless operation of marketing tools and platforms.
Monitor and improve the quality of data within GA4 and other analytics tools.

Support Marketing BI Development (if expertise allow)

Assist in developing a proprietary Marketing BI system to enhance reporting and insights.

Collaborate on new marketing initiatives as outlined in the strategic plan.

Provide hands-on support for tasks requiring significant time but minimal expertise (e.g., Funnel.io and Cookiebot maintenance).

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in managing digital marketing channels, including PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Strong understanding of tracking, analytics, and data quality (GA4 expertise preferred).
Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Funnel.io, Cookiebot, and Criteo.
Analytical mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance strategic and operational tasks.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to tackle both high-level initiatives and routine tasks.
