DIGITAL MARKETING CRO / UX SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize conversion rates across digital platforms.
- Analyze user behavior through tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Develop hypotheses and create testing roadmaps to improve conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to implement and iterate on successful tests.
User Experience (UX):
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX designs.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process to enhance overall user satisfaction and engagement.
Market and Competition Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze competitor websites, digital marketing strategies, and user experiences to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Assess market positioning and recommend strategies to enhance product visibility and competitive advantage.
Product Positioning:
- Evaluate current product positioning in the market and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and refine positioning strategies that align with user needs and market demands.
- Monitor and adjust positioning tactics based on performance data and market feedback.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key metrics related to conversion rates and user experience.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting insights, recommendations, and the impact of optimizations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRO, UX design, and digital marketing.
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on CRO and UX optimization
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
- Proficiency in conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing
- Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Ability to assess and refine product positioning strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
