AFFILIATE MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to expand and optimize our affiliate network. This role will involve managing relationships with publishers and networks, crafting compelling partner offers, and ensuring the efficiency and integrity of our affiliate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing this channel and driving its rapid growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner Communication:

Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and affiliate network managers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and collaboration.

  • Offer Development and Testing:

Create and test new offers tailored for affiliate partners.

Regularly update pricing and promotional details in partner offers.

  • Fraud Monitoring and Compliance:

Monitor affiliate activities to detect and prevent fraudulent practices.

Ensure partners comply with the terms and conditions of our offers.

  • Integration Management:

Support existing integrations with affiliate networks and publishers.

Lead the setup and onboarding process for new partners and integrations.

  • Performance Analysis:

Evaluate the productivity of affiliate campaigns through detailed analytics.

Identify opportunities to optimize offers and partner relationships.

  • Lead and Sales Verification:

Collaborate with managers and the finance department to verify leads and sales generated by affiliates.

  • Channel Growth:

Proactively explore opportunities to grow the affiliate network and enhance its contribution to the company’s revenue.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and detect fraud.
  • Experience with affiliate networks, tracking systems, and offer management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of partner relationships effectively.
  • Proactive and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and KPIs.
